    Job Description:  A position is currently open for a Regional Circulation Manager that will coordinate with three daily Oklahoma newspapers and their digital products – The Ardmoreite in Ardmore, the Shawnee News-Star in Shawnee and the Examiner-Enterprise in Bartlesville. The position will be officed in Shawnee because it is the midpoint for all properties, but direct reports to the regional publisher that is officed in Ardmore. All properties are part of Gatehouse Media.
    The priority for this position is growing audience through both print and digital products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating and implementing single-copy, home delivery and carrier promotions, running and analyzing reports from circulation programs and making recommendations on carrier and subscription rates, executing corporate requests for information and tracking and working with individual market publishers and circulation personnel on needs in their readership areas.
    This position does include travel as each property will require regular site visits.
    The ideal candidate will have some newspaper circulation background, although equivalent education and similar skills in a different industry setting will be considered, excellent people skills, enjoy multi-tasking, have in-depth computer and analysis skills, have an understanding of the sales process and be committed to growing audience in each market area.
