    Job Description:  Oklahoma Watch, a nonprofit media organization, is seeking an enterprise editor to manage a small but growing team of reporters and contract journalists to produce investigative stories on critical issues in Oklahoma.
    Oklahoma Watch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that publishes stories on its website ( and distributes content to about 100 news outlets around the state. We cover topics such as education, health care, mental health, corrections, criminal justice, poverty, government and public money. Candidates should have at least five years of line-editing and management experience, strong news judgment and excellent word-editing skills.
    The enterprise editor should have a passion for hard-edged watchdog journalism that holds government and leaders accountable. Our goal is to dig beneath the surface of issues of public importance, expose problems and trends, and reveal underlying causes and possible solutions. Oklahoma Watch is nonpartisan and strives to be fair, balanced, accurate and comprehensive.
    The editor will take a lead in expanding our use of video, audio, data and social media tools to tell stories, and will be expected to assist with reporting on a limited basis.
