We are looking for someone smart, honest, experienced in sales management and leadership, and willing to work inside an established culture. We're seeking a leader of people, one who will set expectations and manage performance of the staff, as well as a demonstrated ability to hire and train quality people. In addition, a strong marketing background is necessary, with the ability to design, implement, evaluate and measure performance of those activities. Finally, a comprehensive knowledge of print advertising, promotional development, and community involvement are all extremely important.
