The Digital Sales Leader will manage the digital sales efforts for 14 cnhi Oklahoma locations and related digital platforms, play a leading role in driving sales and achieving revenue goals, assist in the implementation of our digital initiatives, train sales reps on digital products, and support sales reps' efforts in the field.
This individual will be responsible for aggressively pursuing ad sales goals, developing strategies, achieving growth goals, positioning and developing high-performance multi-platform marketing plans, analyzing the local marketplace and pinpointing online consumer trends.
Qualifications include the knowledge and ability to interpret digital audience measurements, including internet, online video and search analytics. Ability to think creatively, sell strategically and communicate effectively. Excellent writing skills and effective presentation skills are a must. Outstanding computer skills and demonstrated teamwork, working closely with managers and team members to accomplish objectives are vital attributes of the successful candidate. Some overnight travel within Oklahoma will be required.
