POSTAL FORM 3526

Tired of printing out PS3526, filling it in and then scanning it back in your computer? Thanks to OPA President Stu Phillips, you can now open the form in Adobe Acrobat, fill it in, print it out or save it on your computer. It's a real time-saver!

Note: In testing on a Mac, we experienced some failure in the document, especially in newer versions of Acrobat. Make sure to check it out but if it works, it's a real time saver.
